HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

Printer: HP DeskJet 4100 all-in-one

Operating System: Windows 11

 

I just changed cartridges and now the printer doesn't print. Everything else works. Paper is fine. Printer levels as detected by HP Smart are fine. Paper comes through just fine - but with nothing on it. 

Everything seems to be working. Printer is detected by my computer.

Can anyone help - do I need to download new drivers?

I use a USB cable as wireless printing is not supported in my home. Just saying. But I can download firmware if necessary.

This model does not have a driver for Windows 11, just the same Microsoft installation below:

Thanks. I think I figured out the problem: the cartridges are old and the ink is dry. I tried to moisten them up & it worked a bit but not really.
