Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer not showing a printing command. I'd like to help!

 

Are you getting any errors?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?


Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
