Printer not working since windows 11 installed

My printer HP Deskjet F2280 is not working since purchasing a laptop with Windows 11

Welcome to the HP User Community.

There is not any printer software available for this printer since before Windows 10.

What?  The printer is not supported in Windows 11.

In Windows 10, you were directed to add the built-in Windows drivers that provide basic print function.

The "Add a Printer" process might still work in Windows 11.    ?

What else?

Hope / search for someone who has a private archive of the printer software that will work in Windows 11.

My printer worked perfectly well with Windows 10. Not working with Windows 11. Going round & round in circles. Totally unacceptable in this age of eco friendly that a perfectly good printer will go to landfill because HP will not fix the issue. Will never buy HP printer again.
