Dear Staff of HP 

I hope you are well. 

I have a particular problem with my printer. I tried most of the steps mentioned in this community yet the printer is not working. 

The only time that it works is when I use HP printer Doctor app, to find and diagnose the problem, after some delay it prints only the test page. After that it doesn't print anything. all the priring request will remain in queue . I found out that in the spooler ( in C drive) there is a .TMP file that it doesn't go away( can not be deleted). Can you kindly help me? 

I have tried restarting,powering off, spooler off, etc but nothing. 

Also the printer shows no error, but I can update the framework of the driver too. it say there is an error.
