Hello
My printer no longer prints in colour.
Test pages can be printed in colour but any documents, scans or photos I want to print are monochrome.
The printer dialogue boxes do not give any option for B/W or colour.
On the Windows Photo App the is an option for Monochrome or colour. When I select Colour and try to save the change I am informed by the menu that Monochrome cannot be changed to colour as it conflicts with another setting. But it doesn't say which setting is in conflict.
I have tried installing the Smart app and running the Print & Scan doctor but nothing has changed.
How can I fix this?
Thank you.

Let's try reinstalling the printer using the Windows Built In Driver after uninstalling the printer once again from root level
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and reinstall the printer driver using the Windows Built In driver and follow the onscreen Instructions

Hi,
I have tried these steps 3 times now and the result is exactly the same. I can print out the eprint page in colour, but when I try to print my own documents they only come out in monochrome.
I downloaded and installed the full driver package.
I simply do not see any option in the printer options to change from greyscale to colour. I can also print to this printer from another computer without any problem
This was working well up until 4 weeks ago.
What is wrong with your drivers/softwareor machine?
