HP Recommended

Printer HP Smart Tank 515, only prints either magenta or black. I have tried all the care options shown in the HP helper without success

Hi @KoshkaMarch 

You may need to clean printheads in the printer to recover printing in color.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to clean printheads:
