Hi @Rush21121,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To connect the HP ENVY 120 printer to your friend's iPhone, you may need the wireless network password or the business network’s details. Here are ways to find or reset the necessary passwords:
Find the Wireless Network Password on a Router:
- Locate the Product Label: Check the bottom or side of your wireless router for the label.
- Identify the Password: Look underneath or next to "Wireless Network Name" or "SSID" for the password. It might be labeled as "Wireless Security Key/Password," "Wi-Fi Password," "Network Password," or "Network Key."
Using the Printer Control Panel:
Printers with Touchscreen: Use the control panel to access network settings.
- Go to Setup > Network/Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard, then select your network and enter the password.
Printers without a Touchscreen: Use buttons on the printer and the router.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer, then within two minutes, press the WPS button on your wireless router to connect.
Use Apple Devices:
If the network is already saved on another Apple device, you might be able to share it.
- iCloud Keychain Sync: Use Keychain on Mac connected with the Apple ID to view passwords saved under Wi-Fi settings.
WPS PIN:
- Printer Display: Check messages on the printer control panel for a WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) PIN if necessary.
For any deeper troubleshooting, refer to the detailed guidelines at HP Support - Find the Wireless Network Password.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
