Which driver shows as installed when you go to controlpanel>devices and printers and the right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties and then click on the advanced. Disappearing features is a common issue when Windows replaces your HP supplies one with a Microsoft driver.

Hi,
Please return to Devices and Printers, right-click the printer and select the Printer Properties option (from your screenshot you incorrectly selected the Properties option.
Open the Advanced tab and click the New Driver button, then click Next and select your printer from the list, select your printer name and select the 2nd option to replace the existing driver, then complete the wizard and check for any change.
Please let me know if that helps,
Shlomi

Please click the Windows Update button and allow it some time till the list re-appears, it may take over 10 minutes..
Once the list re-appears select HP and then select the HP Smart Tank Plus 570 PCL-3 driver and check for any difference.
