Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When trying to change settings in printer property Preferences (Media) if I want to change from the default (checkmark in custom) to Best, Normal or  Draft it automatically changes the Media to HP Advanced Photo Papers when I am using Plain Paper Only!!!!  How can I get the printer to default to plain paper instead of Photo Paper?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Hi,

From Printing Preferences press teh Advanced button, ensure that Borderless Printing is not enabled, as well ensure that Black Ink Only is not enabled, then press OK and check if you may see any difference.
