Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I restored my printer to factory default and uninstalled all the HP software that was listed. After reinstalling the software I wanted to setup my fax. When I went to reset the fax, all my information was already set-up. Can anyone tell me why?

To assist you better, I would like to know the following-

 

Are you trying to completely reset the printer?

Which files are you referring to when you say- "I believe the files were located in my docs folders and weren't deleted when I deleted the programs. If this is not correct please let me know."?

Would you like to reset the fax settings on the printer?

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
