Hi, everyone! My printer suddenly stopped working. The touch screen is 'stuck' on the initial screen where it just has the "hp" logo, then there is the empty loading bar and it does get 'loaded' and turns blue. Below that are like 7 dots, and the first dot gets filled blue, but then that's it. Nothing else happens. And it won't connect to Wifi. Does anyone have any advice or help for me? I'm realllllly not tech savvy, just FYI. I've unplugged it several times, and upon plugging it back in it just gets to this exact same point and then goes no further. I would appreciate any help. Thanks! 🙂

Hi @KeiaP,
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is stuck on the initializing screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
