Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer says HP Office jet Pro 8035e all documentation says HP Office Jet 8030e series. I'm guessing this doesn't make a difference?

That is correct, the OJ 8030 series covers several printer models all starting with a OJ803x

I am having a problem getting the document feeder to work. I've tried all troubleshooting and doesn't feed.
