HP Envy 5000
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So I have an HP envy 5000 and an HP envy 13 laptop, both brand new. I have printed once with no problems, but I’ve updated my Windows 10 and it now refuses to print. When i check the status of the printer, it says either offline or error. I have tried restarting both and checking for updates on my laptop, but nothing has worked. Please help! I’m in college and I need to print stuff for class.

Also, they are both connected to the same wifi. When the laptop says my printer is offline, my printer shows that it has very good connection.

Okay I solved my own problem. For anyone else undergoing the same one, i disconnected my printer from my laptop, removed the printer driver, and downloaded a new driver from the hp website specifically for the hp envy 5000. Works perfectly now
