My printer says it is online, ready, everything great.  My computer says my printer is offline.  I have already performed the tasks at HP 123 and the HP Smart Diagnose & Fix.  Diagnose & fix says "Driver Check issue not fixed".

The Virtual helper was no help at all and kept telling me to do the same things over and over.  I've spent the last 2 days trying to get this fixed and my frustration is maxed out.

Please try these steps - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/Call-to-DriverPackageUninstall-error-5-returns...

If the issue still persists, try the Microsoft Tool - https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-instal...
