My HP DeskJet 4130e printer says it is connected to the internet but shows as offline and doesn't print. The info button is also flashing orange no matter how many times I press it. Can you help me please anyone? Couldn't find anything helpful in the other posts that worked for me.

See if you can get a status report as  described on page 8 of the users manual

(Hold down the cancel button for 3 seconds)

 

 Is the printer in Wi-Fi direct mode or is it connected to the modem/router?

Page 22 describes how to connect to a router
