Screen is blank,  shows either right and left arrows and question mark,  or house icon,  reverse icon and question mark outside of screen

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

From the description, it's likely the LCD is defective.

 

Try power on and off and if it's still blank, then it's defective.
