i am trying to the setup and it shows me always this

Troubleshooting Steps

Ensure the Printer is Ready for Setup

  • Remove any remaining packing materials inside the printer.
  • Turn the printer off and on again, then retry setup in HP Smart.

Restore Printer to Factory Defaults

  • Open the HP Smart app or the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
  • Navigate to Advanced Settings → Restore Factory Defaults.
  • Confirm the reset and wait for the printer to restart.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • If necessary, reconnect the printer to your wireless network after the reset.
