Product: HP ENVY 6055e
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer won’t work because I have not completed my Pinter setup. When I click on the printer status it tells me it’s incomplete but no option to fix that. Where do I click to finish the setup!?

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

 

  1. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
  2. Does the incomplete setup come up on HP Smart or Printer and Scanners screen?
  3. Are you able to make copies using the printer?
