HP Recommended

I am trying to "Finish Setup" on the HP Smart app but every time I enter the PIN I get an "Invalid PIN code" message. I am entering the PIN listed in the cartridge area and verified by printing the Printer Status Report. What can I do? My printer will not print from my computer.
