Hi @Zuzu1319,
You may need to update printer system firmware to make your printer online and working again.
You can try with the following steps:
- 1. Download to your computer the Printer Firmware file from the next link:
- >> Smart Tank 7602 - firmware_update_003.2610A
- 2. Then copy that file to a USB flash drive.
- 3. Turn off your printer
- 4. Now insert the USB drive into your printer frontal USB port.
- 5. Turn on your printer and wait for the printer to complete the firmware update.
- Note: Printer update could take at least 5 minutes, just wait to complete process.
- 6. After 5 minutes your printer restart and you will be able to use your printer again.
