Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to print a screenshot (.jpg) and after opening pic and clicking "Print", nothing happens.  My only choice is to use the Microsoft Print to PDF.  I ran the HP Smart Diagnostic and it could not find the printer.  I can use it to scan and it works fine, just can't print.  It is hard connected to my PC.  It has been working... it's not a new set-up.  I've moved the USB plug to a different port on the PC and no change?  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks
