Product: HP PSC2355
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

   The software only loads approx. 10% of data on to the selected folder/ file then repeatedly fails.  Error message states 'The system cannot find the file selected'.  Virus program deselected beforehand as requested by the wizard.  Printer is not supported by HP as it's 12 years old, but is brand new old stock.

Hi,

The original CD do not support Windows 7, a Windows Update basic solution is available for the operating system...

 

Follow the steps below to install and use the printer on Windows 7:
