Mac OS 15.4.1

 

I had to reinstall the operating system because of a fault.  After reinstalling, the printer would not print in color.  I cannot find the dialog bot x to choose color printing.  I can print in color to the other printers on the network.  The printer is the HP Deskjet Pro 8710.

That solution did not work.  It was what I did several times before, too.  There should be a dialog box that gives the option to print in color or B/W.  It doesn't appear.  All other printers on the network work as expected, printing in color.

Ok, then try the next steps:

 

1.  Click Print option for your document or image.

 2.   Then click the Print preview to open a dropdown with options and select Paper Type / Quality

   3.  and search for small option that shows "Color Options" and click it to open Color selector
