Printer has been working fine since the original purchase. Just recently, printer turned itself off. When I tried to power it back on, it is stuck at hp logo with blue bar just underneath it, and multiple dots underneath the bar. Only the far left dot is filled in where the rest of the dots are not. I've tried to unplug the power and plug it back in. Same results. Based on other posts with similar issues on a different printer platform, it all points to loading a new driver SW. I've looked at HP site to see whether a new SW exists. Can't find one. Any one had a similar issues? And if so, how were you able to resolve it?

Hi @Envy_78-58,
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer screen is stuck on the HP logo
Try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
