Product: HP LaserJet P4015n Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When going to Print, in Printer Preferences, Print Quality, the only option displayed is 600dpi. Nothing else is on the drop-down menu. The printer has ProRes1200 and FastRes1200, but I cant get those options, nor anything lower than 600.

 

Any ideas what is causing that?

 

I've tried the user manual, searched the web and spoken to HP Support, but no luck finding the answer so far.
