Product: HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g

My printer says “Printer failure: there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.”

 

I have turned on and off the printer. I have turned off and unplugged the printer and plugged it again and turned it back on. After doing this it still shows the same message that I mentioned above. The ink cartridges are brand new.
