Periodically I am prompted to Load Paper Tray 2.  However, my printer does not have a paper tray 2.  When this happens I check the paper tray and it has paper in it.  How do I fix this?

The way that HP addresses paper trays is as follows. The manual feed tray is Tray 1. The pull out paper drawer is Tray 2. The most common reason for getting a load paper tray 2 prompt is a mismatch between the paper settings on the printer and the paper size/type required for a print job. For example, if your print job is looking for letter sized bond paper and you have configured tray 2 to be using letter sized plain paper, the printer will stop and prompt you to load the correct paper.
