Still not seeing a fix for blue screen of death that happened after a firmware update that was pushed in the spring. Posted back in May / June say fix was in the works; however, not seeing one and says to contact support which I did a few days ago.

Hi @MicLachapelle,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Officejet Pro 9025e All-In-One Printer after a firmware update. It's frustrating when such problems arise, especially after an update. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue.
-
Rollback Firmware (if possible): Check if there is an option to roll back to a previous firmware version. Some devices allow users to revert to the previous firmware if issues arise after an update. This information might be available in the printer's settings or on the HP support website.
-
Check for Firmware Updates: Sometimes, subsequent firmware updates may address issues introduced in previous versions. Check if there are new firmware updates available for your printer model. If there is, apply the latest update to see if it resolves the problem.
-
Factory Reset: If the issue persists, and you've exhausted other options, you may consider performing a factory reset on the printer. This will revert the device to its original settings. Be aware that this will erase any custom settings you've configured on the printer.
Remember to back up any necessary information before attempting a factory reset or making significant changes to your printer's settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
