HP Recommended

My HP Envy 6400 was not connecting to my WiFi automatically and now it won’t connect at all. I’ve been trying four hours. I have restarted the modem, restarted the router, restarted the printer, restarted the PC, and I cannot seem to get the system to recognize my HP printer. The blue Wi-Fi light has been flashing for hours. I think I might lose my mind… Can anyone help please? I would really appreciate it.
