Printer will NOT print ...error message " NO PAPER"...although the paper tray has about 30 sheets

This HP7520 "All in One" suddenly stopped printing ...with the error message..." No paper in tray etc"...there IS paper in the tray.

I have attempted to resolve this issue  after following various videos on YouTube...to no avail. It would appear that the paper pinch/feed rollers are not doing their job...although  the printer sounds like lots of other stuff is going on, up until that point when the ERROR message is displayed.

Please advise.

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hiya...thanks for your reply. To answer your queries my HP7520 is now about 6 years old...so well outside the warranty and I live in Kent, near Dover.

I could probably return the printer to where?...should any repair be economical?

Hiya my HP7520 is now about 6 yeards old...I live near Dover down in Kent...I would be happy to have my HP7520 serviced dependant upon the cost to remedy this "NO PAPER" issue...assuming that that repair cost to be economic.

 I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region regarding service options for your printer.

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Hiya Jay...apparently there is NO HP  7520 Printer Service  Station  and or contact details...either phone or email...within the county of Kent, in England.
