I have an old HP Envy 4500 series printer. Suddenly, the option to print double-sided has disappeared from the printer menu screen. I do not want to feed the paper back in every time. Never had a problem with this before. I have looked at all the settings and cannot find one that changes this back to the way it once was. Can someone help? Thanks.

Common issue is a Windows update replacing the HP driver with a Microsoft one. This will typically be an IPP driver that supports only basic functioning. On your computer go to control panel, right click on devices and printers and select open from the drop down menu. Then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Click on the advanced tab and it should tell you which driver is installed. If it says IPP or Class driver you need to delete the printer and reinstall. If it shows an HP driver, then click on the device settings tab and scroll down till you see an option "duplex unit" and change to installed.
