My HP MFP M277 will NOT compete its initialization. It just keeps initializing. I have tried all suggested fixes (memory dump, factory reset, different power source outlet, swapped out toner cartridges) nothing worked. Im running WIN 10 64bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @kochman1
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer and stuck in initializing.
Follow the steps below to isolate and resolve the issue-
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the above is done, I suggest you reinstall the driver, update the firmware and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.
You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.
Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
Request you to update printer firmware. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
I hope this helps.
