Hello. I am new to this subject and was hoping that I may be able to seek some advice about fixing the problems I am having with my wireless printer. I am new to having a wireless printer and am unsure of how to fix the connection issues I am having with it. My printer model is EPSON XP-8500 and I'm on windows 10. The problem arose randomly around a week or so ago (I had originally setup the printer wirelessly over my home wifi network with no problems), my printer suddenly started appearing as 'unable to connect' despite being on and connected to my network with seemingly no problems. Every time I try to print now, the printer goes into an error state and claims to be unable to communicate with my PC. When running the EPSON connection checker software it shows the problem 'printer cannot be found on the network' however when running a connection check from my printer itself, the network connection claims to be strong. Main things I have tried thus far to resolve the issue (that I can recall): Restarted and reset my router Restarted the printer Reset my printers connection settings and reconnected it to my network Made sure my printer is connected via IP address and not WSD port Attempted to connect my printer as a wifi-direct printer Attempted to connect my printer via its IP Fully updated drivers and software Removed and fully reinstalled printer and software/drivers Changed the IP address of the printer and tried to connect to this instead (Standard TCP/IP port) I am able to print via Epson Connect, the remote printing service however would prefer not to do this. After having tried numerous solutions I have not made any definitive progress in fixing this issue and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
