HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

Hi!

I have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw printer. Since upgrading to Windows 11, my printer no longer prints duplex (back to back) automatically. I uninstalled the software (driver). Went to your site but appears it didn't have available drivers for a Windows 11 OS. Is the reason why I'm having this problem? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

W11 go to Printers and scanners find your printer then go to Printer properties, a new window will open and you will have the Device settings tab

Hi Valsimot!

Thanks for taking time to respond.

How do I get to that screen in Windows 11. I was just wondering cause it was printing 2-sided automatically before I upgraded to Win 11. Now the printer tells me to manually flip the paper.

Thanks!
