Hi,
Run the software installation and follow the steps until the EULA agreement.
Click the 2nd link to change the internet connection settings and select No, Thanks for both questions, then press OK.
Click the 4th link to customize the software installation and only keep below four options, unselect any other option:
Your printer model software.
HP Solution Center
HP Digital Imaging Functionality
IRIS OCR
Click OK, accept the terms, and proceed with the installation.
Can you see any difference now?
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
