ONLY prints legal size. I have looked at all the various prints "switches" to toggle on off. I have even switched the paper trays. For whatever reason, it will only print on legal size....how do I get back to letter size?

Hi,

Please open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, if the printer display may list the Paper Size as Legal follow the steps to change it to Letter on the screen itself.

Next, open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers, right-click the printer and select Printing Preferences.

Either under the Paper/Quality tab or after pressing the Advanced button at the bottom, ensure the Paper Size is set as Letter for the driver as well.
