Printer will only print out hyperlinks, will not print text at all

When I try to print anything it will not print if there is text only. If there happens to be a hyperlink listed...like an email address ...ot will print that out in color but nothing else.  Ive tried unplugging,  delete/add printer, plugging  computer directly to printer, even my IT guy at work has no clue...help!

Hi @MustBeNice ,

To check basic printer function try to print a test page

• 1.  Make sure paper is loaded, and then Turn ON the printer.

• 2.  Press and hold the Power button, and then press the Cancel - X  button

• 3.  Hold both buttons at least 5 seconds, then release buttons.

When you release buttons a test page will show like the next one:

• 

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
