I have two printers connected to instant ink no problem both printing wirelessly from laptop and iPhone app. Trying to enrol another printer onto instant ink but instant ink just keeps saying this printer is offline. I can scan with it wirelessly but it will not print nor will it connect to instant ink. Any ideas please?

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink.
Restart the web services on the printer.
Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.
Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
