I have the same problem! Although I didn't update, my HP ENVY 5052 will do everything EXCEPT put ink on the paper. I've done everything that I can think of, including resetting the printer and just for SAG uninstalled from my Chrome OS and reinstalled...... To no avail!!

Hi,

Do you refer to a Mac computer or a Chromebook? as both are mentioned in your description.

 

Generally, let's start by printing a Printer Status Report:

Compare the printed repoort with the shown sample and let me know if it looks as the sample or may have any missing colors in the printout? to ensure the product functionality as a start.
