Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Officejet 3830 will no longer print in color.  My phone will print the same doc in color, so I know the error is within my laptop.

 

I went to PRINTER PREFERENCES and there is NO OPTION for color, even in Advanced settings. What do I do?

The workaround could also work for your specific HP printer. If it is the case, thanks to give feedback.
