Hello, I have a HP All in one 24 dp0158qe PC. I have had issues with my printer not being able to print from my PC. The printer works if I send a job from my phone. This has happened before and I called HP and they remotely fixed it. They said it had something to do with the PC's updating. Does anyone know what to do?
