- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Check Windows Update:

- Click Check for updates and install any pending updates, as Windows might have an updated driver for your printer.
Remove Previous Failed Installations:

Install the Printer via USB First:
- Connect the printer directly to your computer via USB.
- Install the drivers and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once the printer is set up, you can switch it to wireless mode if desired.
Check for Conflicting Devices:
- Ensure there are no other devices or software interfering with the installation, such as old printer drivers or third-party printer management software.
Try a Clean Boot:
- Perform a clean boot to start Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This can help eliminate software conflicts during installation.
- Follow the steps in this Microsoft guide to perform a clean boot.
