HP Recommended

OfficeJet Pro 9025e won't print.  It keeps giving me the error message: ""A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved"    When i log into the HP Smart app, there's no info of any kind about any problems. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've created an new account and moved the printer from the old to the new, and nothing seems to work.
