Hi @garydegeorge,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're able to print from two iPhones and an iPad, but are experiencing difficulties printing from your new HP all-in-one desktop computer. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can take:

Check Network Connection:

  • Make sure that your HP all-in-one desktop is connected to the same wireless network as your printer. A mismatch in networks can often lead to connectivity issues.

Install Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that the appropriate printer drivers are installed on your HP desktop. You can download the latest drivers from Official HP® Support or use the HP app to install the printer.

Use HP App:

Verify Printer Setup:

  • Ensure that the printer setup is complete. For printers with a control panel, check the Wi-Fi Direct name and password, and verify that the printer is ready and online.

Troubleshoot Firewalls and Security Software:

  • Check if the firewall or security software on your desktop is blocking printer access. You may need to adjust settings or temporarily disable the firewall to see if it's causing issues.

Use Apple AirPrint for Apple Devices:

  • For reference, you've managed to print using Apple AirPrint from your mobile devices. Make sure to use similar, reliable methods or drivers for your desktop connection.

Reboot Devices:

  • Try restarting both the printer and the HP all-in-one desktop. Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.

Re-add the Printer:

  • Remove the printer from the list of devices in the desktop's printing setup and then re-add it. This can refresh the connection and resolve certain communication problems.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
