HP ENVY Pro 6052 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP ENVY 6052 all in one wireless printer. I cannot get it to connect to a network or the wifi the wifi light is blinking blue and the light on the inside is just blue. I have downloaded everything I was told to download and my laptop nor my phone can find the printer. Is there anyone that can help me I work from home and I really need my printer right now. I have had the printer for over a year and when I first got it to use it connected just fine.
