I have a hp desk jet plus 4140 that has been in the box for a couple years. I’m trying to set it up but the SETUP cartridges were all dried up. I bought new ones from the store , not realizing that there are actual SETUP cartridges and threw them away. Now my printer won’t pick up the new ones. How can I fix this issue?
