Trying to set up brand new smart tank 5105, filled ink, closed the door for 15seconds but when l open it the printhead does not move. The C and Y ink drops are flashing even though l have filled them. I have tried hard reset, unplugging and power on/off, nothing is working

- Ensure ink bottles are placed correctly in their slots.
- Remove any protective tape or plastic from the printhead.
- Check if ink has properly flowed into the printhead.
- Close the ink compartment door securely.
- Unplug the printer, wait 1-2 minutes, then plug it back in.
- Hold the power button for 15 seconds to reset.
- Make sure there are no paper jams.
- Try printing a test page.
