Printing A5 instead of A4

It appears that the problem lies with the drivers, my PC is using windows drivers instead of the Brother ones.

I've followed previous advice and downloaded and installed the Brother drivers but the problem remains.

Can anyone advise me on how I change the settings on my PC so the Brother drivers are used instead of the Windows

It is unlikely anyone here can help.

Brother printer drivers must be found at the Brother printer support site in your region.

Once the full driver printer software is installed, the program(s) you are using will be able to access the features supported by the printer.

The solution after installation of the Brother drivers was to delete the printer and then reinstall it...

Sure, makes sense.

Regardless of printer brand, it is always good advice to reinstall the printer software.

If you can get away with just removing the device and re-adding it, all the better.
