Out of the blue I cannot print to my wireless desk printer from my HP Spectre Laptop to my HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer. I have run the Print and Scan doctor. It says "Print Queue Issue Fixed" but it won't print a test page. I have uninstalled the print driver, reinstalled the latest print driver, power cycled everything multiple times, double-checked that both are connected to the wireless router. Please, someone guide me to what I should do next.
thanks!!

Run an SFC scan First and then uninstall the printer driver from root level before downloading the full feature software as above

If the issue persists create a New User Account and check if that helps. Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026923/windows-10-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-acc...

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
I suggest you uninstall the driver from root level and download the full feature software
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the Full Feature Software from Here and follow the onscreen Instructions
Thank you

Hi KrazyToad,
I was excited to get your response and followed it exactly. Unfortunately I am still stuck. I have uninstalled all drivers for my HP Officejet Pro 8610 and reinstalled. When I try to connect wirelessly to the printer (the way I have always used it) it says my HP Spectre Laptop can see it on the network. It goes all the way through setup and says "Setup complete. Congratulations! Your printer is connected and ready to print." I can see the printer but when I try to print it goes into an error and say "PQTestPage.png" cannot print and gives an error message. I have run HP Print and Scan Doctor but get the message "There is a problem with your software that cannot be fixed by this tool. Remove the software by clicking "uninstall". Reinstall the software with the product CD or by downloading the latest Full Feature Software from HP Customer Care." I have uninstalled and reinstalled both ways and come right back to not being able to print.
All help appreciated!!
thanks!

Dear KrazyToad,
I appreciate the help. I have followed your instructions multiple times and keep getting error messages along the way. While at the step of removing the HP Printer Driver I got this message:
Driver HP Officejet Pro 8610 was removed.
Failed to remove package hpvyt13.inf.
I proceeded on and reinstalled the driver software for my printer. It says it successfully installed but I still cannot print. When I go to "Print and Scan Doctor" it shows my printer is successfully installed and says "print queue issue fixed" but will not allow me to do a do a "Test Print". However, it will allow me to check the printer function and successfully do an "internal test page print". If I try to print anything I get an error message.
I would really appreciate any help you can provide. This is driving me nuts to the point I feel like I need to replace the printer even though I can still print to it from another, personal HP laptop.
thanks!!!!!

Eureka! I can print again. Thanks a ton for the help. It has been fairly brutal getting to this point. I'm still not sure what the cause was except possibly something that got corrupted in my windows account. thanks again!!
