Hello. I have had this printer for years and it's not great, but gets the job done. Today, randomly, it's printing all InDesign docs at 25% size. PDFs are coming out okay. All the size settings, page setup, printer settings are correct. I've tried to reinstall the printer drivers and I get a message about unable to locate software. Printer's all plugged in and hooked up to the wifi fine. I tried off/on, in case anyone was going to suggest that. What can I do to get my stuff printed out correctly? TIA.

@Heather16, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check InDesign’s Print Settings:

Go to File > Print in InDesign.

Make sure Scale is set to 100%.

Export as PDF, Then Print:

Save your InDesign doc as a PDF.

Open that PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader and print it. It should print correctly.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
